The Golden Aura Esthetics is owned and operated by Licensed Master Esthetician and Licensed Master Instructor Tonnia Rachel. A proud DMV native, Tonnia is an alumna of The Aveda Institute of Washington, D.C. and TSPADC, and is also a certified oncology skin specialist. She specializes in body waxing, post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation treatments, and microdermabrasion, Tonnia has shared her expertise before the Washington, D.C. Board of Cosmetology as an Esthetics subject matter expert. Most recently, The Golden Aura Esthetics was featured in the July 2025 issue of DC Insider as one of the best facial spas in Waldorf, MD. The spa proudly offers professional-grade skincare products, housing Circadia and Skin Script Rx, Available for retail purchase. The Golden Aura Esthetics ensures our clients receive only the highest quality products for their skincare needs.
CANCELLATION POLICY
🪄Appointment & Service Etiquette At The Golden Aura Esthetics, each appointment is intentionally curated to provide a serene, elevated experience. To honor the time, energy, and care devoted to every guest, the following policies are graciously upheld. Cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a 50% service fee. Cancellations made less than 12 hours prior to the appointment will require full payment of the scheduled service. Guests arriving 15 minutes late will be subject to a $25 late arrival fee. Arrivals exceeding 20 minutes will result in a forfeited appointment, as the integrity of the experience can no longer be preserved. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Gift cards are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or services beyond their stated value. The Golden Aura Esthetics reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service at any time to maintain the safety, comfort, and energetic harmony of the space. In the event of a missed appointment, guests who choose to rebook more than one week later will be responsible for the full balance of the missed appointment in addition to the newly scheduled service, payable at checkout.
